We found out that they are going to be building a super Walmart close to our housing edition. Of course as home owners we are not thrilled to have a Walmart so close, our home value is a concern. My son says "Mama, having a Walmart in your neighborhood is kind of REDNECK right?" All I wanted to do was LAUGH! But as a Mother, I have to think about the message I am sending him. Stereotyping is so easy to get caught up in. Especially when a person is the quiescentual, a typical clone. I don't want to endorse grouping people in to categories, even though I am so guilty of it.
